YourAUTOMATIONDivision

Brand, product, and the machinery that runs it. Most companies split that across three vendors and spend the difference on coordination.

{ who we are }

One division for the parts everyone else splits up

Founders come to us when the brand, the product and the automation underneath have stopped agreeing with each other — usually because three different vendors built them. We take all three, so there is nothing to coordinate.

The work is only as good as what it moves

Engagement, revenue, churn. Not impressions, not awards — the numbers a business is actually run on, and the only ones we ask to be judged against.

What it is like to work with us

Their expertise and guidance meant we stopped paying for the gap between two agencies — and that gap was most of our budget.

{ how we work }

The whole process, in public

We are not going to show you a wall of logos we do not have. What we can show you is exactly how an engagement runs — which is the thing you actually need before signing anything.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

    One week · fixed fee · yours to keep

    We map the problem before anyone writes code. You get a written plan — scope, approach, cost, and what we would not do. Take it elsewhere to build and it is still yours.

  2. 02

    Build

    Two to six weeks · one thread

    One team across brand, product and automation, so nothing is lost in the handoffs between three vendors. You watch it on a real URL, not in a status meeting.

  3. 03

    Handover

    You own all of it

    Code in your repository, accounts in your name, documentation written for whoever comes next. No proprietary layer you keep paying us for.

  4. 04

    Keep going

    Optional · monthly · cancel anytime

    If it is working we stay on. If not, you leave with everything and no exit fee. We would rather earn the second engagement than lock in the first.

{ pricing }

Three ways in, priced up front

Starting prices, not ballparks. What sits above the floor depends on scope, and scope is settled in the diagnostic before either of us commits to anything.

Every price above is a floor, not an estimate. The diagnostic is what turns it into a fixed number — and that number holds, or we absorb the difference.

Questions ?
Answered

How long does a typical project take?

The diagnostic is one week. Builds run two to six weeks depending on scope — we tell you which at the end of the diagnostic, before you commit to anything.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Yes, and it is most of what we do. The diagnostic exists precisely so a small team can find out whether we are worth the larger spend without taking the larger risk first.

We already have a brand. Can you just build the product?

Yes. The three lines are sold together because they usually fail together, not because we refuse to take one. If the brand is working, we will say so and leave it alone.

What do you need from us to get started?

An hour of someone who understands the problem, access to whatever exists already, and one person empowered to make decisions. Not a written brief — writing that is part of what you are paying for.

Who owns the work?

You do, from the first commit. Code in your repository, accounts in your name, documentation written for whoever comes after us. There is no layer you have to keep paying us to keep running.

How does the retainer work?

Monthly, unlimited requests with one active at a time, 48-hour turnaround. Pause it or cancel it whenever — we would rather earn the next month than hold you to a contract.
